Dear colleagues,
I'm happy to announce the first round of remuneration for the work in our young Center.
In the Remuneration Table you see your name, the dates of your work, the virtual place of your work, the estimated working hours, the estimated value for our Center, the Working Units and the Totals.
Explanations:
- Working Hours is the estimated time needed for an average wiki author to edit a certain material in the wiki. If somebody is working quicker or slower than the average, this is not being considered.
- Creativity Factor is the estimated value for our Center. Good ideas are valued higher, f. ex. by 3, practical activities like surveys or projects are valued highest, f. ex. by 10.
- Working Units are the product of Working Hours and Creativity Factor.
For payment please apply by email to Guenther-Osswald@t-online.de
