Plan blocks.jpg
So what is a business plan?

In simple terms it is a guide that details what the business wants to achieve and how it is going to do this [1]. It is a plan that gives the information that you need at this moment. What's in it depends on who the plan is for. If it will be used to obtain finance it will have more detail and be more formal than a plan that will just be used in-house.
