Summary:	Given a case study, evaluate the three given RFPs and select the most appropriate bidder.

	Required assignment for those seeking formal credit. Other students may complete this learning challenge but it will not be marked.

Stimulus resources

Review chapter 13 ('Procurement Management') in the prescribed textbook (Web | PDF)
Case study:
- You are a project manager for a business that has just received all the tenders for a potential contract (Installation of five three-tier office cupboards in an office). Look at the following three tender documents from companies that have tendered for the contract: (RFP#1) (RFP#2) (RFP#3)
- Read the tender documents to analyse which one of them would be best suited to completing the contract successfully and within the right budget for your client.
- After you have read the tender documents, you need to apply the knowledge you have gained from chapter 13 to make an informed decision on which company will win the contract.

Purpose

The purpose of this learning challenge is to practise evaluating RFPs.
