During this learning pathway we will explore the educator's right to copy by:
Reviewing the origins of copyright;
Summarising the international agreements and treaties which impact on how copyright functions internationally across national boundaries;
Studying the scope, ownership, rights, protections, exceptions and transfer of rights associated with copyright.
