How can I get credit for this work?
Students who pay for the assessment package can get credit for the "INTS201 Model United Nations" subject at the University of Wollongong. You would need to submit the assignments all together towards the end of the course, and have a Skype interview with the subject assessor.
Will the University of Wollongong let me count this subject as part of a degree?
Yes. "INTS201 Model United Nations" subject is a core subject of the International Relations Major, part of the Bachelor of International Studies. If you get a credit for this subject, and then decide to enrol in the Bachelor of International Studies, you won't have to do it again. You may also find it can be taken as an elective in other programs. The Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Social Sciences programs allow a wide range of electives for example.
From 2016 the University of Wollongong will be offering a Graduate Diploma of Global Citizenship via open-learning. This course will have 3 core subjects and 1 elective. INTS201 will be an eligible elective for the Graduate Diploma. If you complete all 4 subjects of the Graduate Diploma of Global Citizenship at the University of Wollongong, you will be eligible to get credit for the first 4 subjects, in a Masters of International Studies at the University of Wollongong. Should you choose to enrol in the Masters program, this will in effect reduce your full-time study time from 18 months to 12 months.

Will other Universities around the world let me count this subject as part of a degree?
We expect that many of the partners in the Open Education Resource University (partners in offering this program) will at least give you credit for this subject as an elective in any of their programs that allow electives. It really depends on the course structure and their credit policies, and you need to contact them directly in relation to any course you are considering enrolling in.
