Clarification

Hi, I'm interested in service learning as a way to provide students with engaging activities. How are you going to go with service learning on WE?

Thank you. --nelliemuller 15:45, 4 November 2008 (UTC)

Hello Nellie thanks for checking in on the project, this project is intended to bring service learning into our society this side as it has not been done here .since service leaning has worked in other countries we hope it can work here too to make students more skilled at the same time helping community this will establish a good relationship between community and the students to care more perhaps.

What we want to begin with is creating a curriculum which will help students learn and at the same time encourage the students to write experiences of their field training as seen some written on safari ants we want to encourage them to come on line here through discussions to come up with a book instead of posting material for them. Once online we would like to link these students to other universities outside with the same agenda to encourage open discussions between them .

Our challenge now is developing a curriculum and how we will go about teaching the students incorporating them into the system this is what we are trying to discuss as you asked how we are going to go about it on WE that's what we are looking at perhaps you have an idea too you could post its welcome we are discussing with world over people .
