Key points

SCD will pay for reasonable travel, accommodation and subsistence costs associated with attending PD sessions. SCD will also pay for the relief costs of participating teachers. In the case of relief, schools should invoice Waimate High School. Forms for claiming travel, subsistence and relief costs are linked to below.

The following forms are for SCD teachers to use when claiming cluster costs. Please note that only real and actual costs will be reimbursed and G.S.T. receipts are required as proof of all expenditure.

March 2010

• Form SCD subsistence (22-25 March 2010) for claiming subsistence expenses for the P.D. days on 22-25 March 2010.
