  1. From HRD to SRD : Concept up gradation in the light of research studies in Tantra.

Human Resources Development(HRD)is concerned with employability of man power through training which caters to the corporate requirements. The product and performance are taken care of at the cost of the person whose being consists of conscience and consciousness which are essentially spiritual in nature. Hence it is necessary that a spiritual approach is to be formulated to make HRD more fulfilling by serving greater purpose of culture-centric living.

The tradition of Tantra is resourceful enough to provide the spiritual approach for the concept up gradation of HRD. How "Spiritual Resources Development"(SRD)is possible? This is a new priority research area of prime importance.
