My name is Rogers a lecturer at kigali independent university, I like football and swuiming

My professional life

Expert in rural development, local development funds usage, and projects:

• elaboration,
• monitoring and
• evaluation, in addition to that i teach many subjects at the university where I work.

My interest

I am mostly interested in collaboraing with rural people in matters regarding the poverty reduction strategies, and ideas concerning allways aiming higher for the better integreted development. Sustainable development is part of my dreams
