Introduction

I'm Clement KABILIGI, 23, I'm a learning facilitator for DOT Rwanda Reachup!program in Gicumbi district and a telecenter manager with Rwanda Telecenter Network. I'm a committed lifelong learner and a technology friendly person. I'm very passionate about knowledge and experience sharing, playing music and going for picnics.

Education

I hold a bachelor's degree of Sciences in Biotechnology from National University of Rwanda. I'm the youngest of a seven children family, I'm single, never married.

I am also passionate about serving the community and empowering people from the marginalized groups. in my daily tasks of learning facilitation with DOT Rwanda i try to do my best to empower youth and women in my community towards personal professional development and sustainable livelihoods.
