Introduction
The topic
I am going to research the effect of violent computer games. How do violent games affect the behavior and health? Why are violent games so popular? Do they affect a person's/people's social life/lives?
Video games have become one of the favorite activities of children all over the world. I choose this subject because that the effect of violent computer games is interesting me. The goals of this project it's to know if violent computer games affect the users and how it's affect them. Today almost in all the computer games involve violent and a lot of us play this games because of this it is very attractive me to know how this games affect us the users that could be small child either teenager or adult.
The Research Questions
Do violent games affect behavior?
Research has found that people who play violent games are more likely to be aggressive. When shown images of real-life violence, people who played violent video games were found to have a diminished response. However, when the same groups were shown other disturbing images such as dead animals or ill children they had a much more natural response.Psychologist Bruce Bartholow, said: That people who play a lot of violent video games didn't see them as much different from neutral. They become desensitized. However, their responses are still normal for the non-violent negative scenes. But some experts still remain no convinced that there is connection between the aggressive and playing violent computer games. Jonathan Freedman, a psychologist from the University of Toronto in Canada, said: "All we are really getting is desensitization to images (of violent computer games). There's no way to show that this relates to real-life aggression."
Do violent computer games harm our kids?
Psychologists believe that there are three harmful effects to media violence. They believe that game players, mostly children, may become more aggressive and develop favorable attitudes about the use of violence to resolve conflicts. Researchers have also found that children may become desensitized to violence in the real world around them, less sensitive to the pain and suffering of others and more willing to tolerate ever-increasing levels of violence. There are also fears that very young players may begin to believe that the real world is as mean and dangerous in real life as it appears on the media and in video games.

Violent computer games such as "Mortal Kombat" and "Doom" have become very popular among children and adolescents, causing great concern for parent and teachers. Results show that there is a smaller effect of violent video games on aggression than has been found with television violence on aggression.
In conclusion, violent computer games affect children teenagers and adults. People who play a lot of violent computer games didn't see them as much different from neutral. They become desensitized. Violent computer games create aggression. Because of this violence, computer games are not recommend for everyone.
Feedback
During the process of this project I had some difficult. When I began to work on this project I didn't know about which subject to make my research. But eventually I decide to research and learn about the subject that most interesting me (the effect of violent computer games). Afterward the work on this project was easier and enjoy. I found a lot of researches and opinions about this theme and a lot of realization. I really enjoy to find out answers for my questions and also to prepare this project.
