Smart work Ethics
Around September 2013 i attended a 5-day workshop on Smart Work Ethics conducted by Botswana National Productivity Centre to train government officers to be facilitators of this course.
Introduction to SWE
It was not only an interactive training but also an eye opener in some issues of Ethics in Botswana. First we touched based on Botswana's rating in terms of global competitiveness, that though the country has slightly improved from 78th position to 74th out of 148 countries, we still have a long way to go in terms of work ethics.
