News Placement, i.e., Hewlett Foundation Announcement

I think the Hewlett Foundation's grant to WikiEducator is very significant in my view - to people in our community, and also those Newbies just coming on board....I see that it is now in the archives....

I think we need to make sure that very high priority news - even if it is a bit older - stays on the main page.
