Needs of qulified librarians in school libraries

Whenever I visit school libraries,the school principals are demanding for their schools to be allocated with qualified school librarians. This is a nationwide issue because it needs to be discussed on a national platform. Since we have few qualified librarians in our country, the teachers are standing at crossroads, they are overworked (attending to their classand assisting learners in the library) and cannot be able to carry out the responsibility of being a teacher librarian.
