  • Some curriculum, educational objectives and standards are aligned with assessment and focus on learning skills but mostly policymaking tends to focus more on core subject mastery and administrative process.
  • Much curriculum, educational objectives and standards are aligned with assessment and include some 21 st century skills and focus on the integration of learning skills and 21st century tools into content and administrative processes.
  • All curriculum, educational objectives and standards are aligned with assessment and include 21st century skills and encourage the integration of 21st century skills into both content mastery and administrative processes.
