I think Helen Beetham's article is actually titled 'What are 'open educational practices'?' , 'OpenPracticesWhat' is just the page name.

You link to coursera and edx but it might be good to explicitly mention MOOCs.

I think it'd be good to also deal a bit more with the rationale for open courses and OER - eg providing global access, sharing best quality rather than always 'reinventing a lower quality wheel'.

Good also to deal with some of the issues - especially localisation of OER, low completion rates in MOOCS and other open courses.
