101 Food and Nutrition.
CONTENT
Students will develop knowledge and skills in:
- Selecting, preparing, cooking and serving food
- Vegetarianism
- Sports Nutrition
- Adult Nutrition
- New Zealanders’ food choices and eating patterns
ASSESSMENT
18 Level 2 credits from achievement standards and unit standards. Both internal and external assessment apply.
