Description Ethiopian coffee ceremony, conducted by a young woman, dressed in the traditional Ethiopian white dress with coloured woven borders ('habesha qemis'). Freshly ground coffee is slowly stirred into the black clay coffee pot - 'jebena'. After it is ready, the coffee is strained through a fine sieve several times and served in tiny china cups.
