Aims

Executing and closing a project is a free Open Online Course designed for students who want to ensure effective implementation and prepare for their future projects.

This course will help you to:

  1. Understand communications requirements within a project
  2. Undertake necessary tasks to achieve project goals
  3. Ensure project progress
  4. Assess and react to any changes that may impact on project schedules
  5. Follow close-down procedures at project completion
  6. Conduct review and reflection processes, in order to capture lessons learned
