  2. Conduct a stakeholder analysis for the infrastructure you identified.

Evidence to demonstrate competency

By providing:

Performance indicators

  1. Describe a project. Choose the largest project you have been involved with previously or future project you may participate in. (Note: You do not have to have been the project manager, but could have played another role. This can also be a personal project, for example planning for a significant personal event, e.g. a wedding or a do-it-yourself project e.g. garden landscaping project. An ideal project is one that has multiple stakeholders, participating team members and is dependent on third party suppliers or services.)

    • How is it unique?
    • What were the time constraints?
    • If the project is complete, how did you know it was over?
    • If it is ongoing, how will you know when it is complete?)
  3. A sentence justifying how each of the elements of the definition of a project have been satisfied in the project you have described including a credible reference for the definition using the APA style.

  3. An explanation of methods to improve your ability to implement an interpersonal skill you think is a personal weakness or an area for improvement.
  4. A description of two (2) activities a project manager could undertake to improve team engagement, which is a critical factor for team success.
  5. A bibliography and in text citations where appropriate using the APA style. (Consult APA style published by the University of Canterbury.)
