Work based learning projects can be structured in a number of ways.
Your project is going to involve you in exploring in a systematic way your topic that you have already now identified as being relevant to your work. You will be:
- undertaking your project
- exploring, analysing and interpreting the learning that arises from the practical outcome of benefit to your organisation
- writing up and presenting the learning and your reflection on it
