Components of a web site
A typical Website system in a small business would include:
- the computer used to connect to the Internet
- the connection itself (broadband or in rare cases dial-up e.g. rural property)
- the website
- a product, service or information database providing descriptions and details
- policies and procedures in place for dealing with security, quality control, email from customers, suppliers and other businesses.
