Elements
Multimedia is basically one or more of the following media elements
- Text
- Graphics
- Sound (Audio)
- Animation
- Video
These are created using software designed for the particular media element and combined using a software platform such as the web (using Dreamweaver, or Expression Web) or for presentations such as PowerPoint or Apple Presenter.
Unfortunately, each element comes in a number of formats and they are not always compatible.
