Am Nabireeba James Fredrick Bsc in Computer Science. I hold Certificate in Software Engineering and VSAT Installation Processes with Makerere University.
In 2008 I participated in the team that translated Mozilla Firefox to Luganda Language one of Ugandan local language and yet still following it down not to let my task/our initiatives die where I managed to work on Kamusi project which now coming with Luganda Dictionary to improve the one that happen to exist with limited terminologies.
In Early 2009 I did the same task where I translated Google to Luganda though not launched yet.
Current am working on ODL format conversion materials with Makerere University under Makerere University Agriculture.

Agriculture being the feeding source for most of the living things that ever and those that exist. Information Communication Technology(ICT), with ICT we can bring light to farmers face thus upgrading agriculture. This is done by disseminating farmers with the available information both for farming and marketing because without market no need for producing much thus resource lie under utilized.
This could be implemented with the use of phones, radios and long distance learning materials that are available to farmers at their convenient time and web2.0 technologies. With ICT farmers can use the available resources talked about and improve their farming methods straight from ground. At the same time we have to disseminate farmers that there is market for their produces which gives them courage.
