Hi again Benjamin. the questions are coming thick and fast tonight.
First, do I have to practice with Open Office to achieve the next level of certification? I don't want to load my computer with software I may not use greatly.
Second, do the images and links have to be on the User page. I want my user page to be more of a directory page, so images would be a distraction. I've got images all over the place and went so far as to add the Viet Nam flag to the flag list, and created the Viet Nam country page with associated link.
For reference:
- Mastery of WikiApprentice Level 1 skills
- User page to include:
o A link to an external website, for example place of work using a pipe;
o A link to an internal page, for example adding a link to the user's respective Country page and adding their name to the country page.
o Inserting a framed or thumbnail image with a caption on the user page, for example a photograph of the user.

Hi Benjamin.
Thanks for keeping an eye on my efforts to manipulate this wiki to be able to enter into the worldwide flow of resources, assets, news and views. If there are parts of the prescribed course that I seem to miss as I work my way through all that is new, please point it out to me.
There is one question I have at present. That concerns the Learning Contract. I filled in a Learning Contract section online, which has a lot of detail lackinmg in the Learning contract page that is downloaded. That downloaded contract says the page should be faxed to the workshop facilitator. By this stage I am getting confused and have questions about what and who. Your help would be appreaciated.

Hello and sorry for the delay in responding...did you get your question answered about the learning contract?

There was some talk of making it possible for those who did not have a scanner to use some other method within WE to convey the Learning Contract details. That is what I thought I had done on the main User page, but I will email a scanned page with handwritten signature to you soon in a day or two.--B J Smith 13:06, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
