Seven Principles for Good Practice in Undergraduate Education

In 1987 Chickering & Gamson published the Seven Principles for Good Practice in Undergraduate Education. These principles are based on the perspective that the goal of a proper undergraduate education should be active, cooperative, and challenging.

For this project, students select to participate in a small group to investigate and report on technologies that support the selected Principle. Research and analysis address issues accessibility, learning activities, and educational benefits, the specific reference to open source software and open courses.
