Victoria Philemon Rutakara, Holds Masters of Science in Telecommunications and Networks from City University London, a Bsc. in Computer Systems Engineering from Buckinghamshire University, United Kingdom, a professional certificate in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Victoria's Work Experience
- Victoria is working at Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) in capacity of National Education Research Network Security Specialist. Prior joining COSTECH Victoria worked with United Nations and Tanzania Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture as Senior IT Specialist experiences in Telecommunications, cryptography and coding, Networks Security, Optic Communications and Mobile Communications.
- Victoria worked as IT analyst at Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) in the United Kingdom before was back to Tanzania in Nov 2010. Victoria is among developers in the Nokia mobile Applications launched in 13th May 2012 at COSTECH developing Nokia Apps in Tanzania, and also Victoria is a trainee in the first pillar of African Leadership in ICT (ALICT) launched in February at Tanzania Global Development Learning Centre (TGDLC) which runs in 5 Africa countries including Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia, Mauritius and South Africa.
Victoria Goals is to help Institutions and Industry in the field of ICT and Telecommunications.
