I used the smileys to evaluate my lessons with them. I used the World Cafe and Fish Bowl Discussion with the Women group to get them express their views on issues concerning the church and women enterprenuership development. The response was great. It was a discovery method for most of them as it was to me. Presently, the federal government has launched a Youth Enterprise Support Programme with Innovation called "YouWin", I was part of the committee. The programme was nationally launched on 11/10/11 by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.. It is a competition programme for youth to apply on - line attaching a business proposal on what to do and how to employ other youth. Youth with good proposals will be selected and giving training and money for the business, either to start or to expand the business if already in business. This is the website for the programme. www.youwin.org.ng.
