What is the 20 minutes?

The 20 minutes is a time that oneself can allocate for cardiovascular exercise. It has been proven and recommended by most physical educators that this 20 minutes routine is effective in maintaining fitness and healthy body. The intensity of exercises performed varies because the goal of the 20 minutes is to reach the target zone
