My main duties are coordinating implementation of Livestock Information Network and Knowledge System (LINKS), a project of Texas A&M University and training collaborators in the suite of data collection and analysis techniques to support decision making at multiple scales from policy makers to pastoral communities within livestock market chains of Ethiopia.
- Produce monthly forage situation and 90-day forecasts reports for Afar, Somali and Borana regions of Ethiopia to help in planning and implementing of food security in pastoral areas.
