Sbo Mkhize and Vulamehlo No.2 Community Centre
My name is Sbo Mkhize. I am the Chairpeson and co-founder of Vulamehlo No.2 Community Care Centre a non profit organisation with offices in South Coast and Mayville (Umkhumbane/Cato Mator). Our organisation's vision is to see communities especially underpriviledged succeed in their endevoars.
What Vulamehlo No.2 Community Centre is about
We are currently involved in print media and we tackle issues such as malnutrition, food security, raising awareness campaigns, environmental issues, child and elderly abuse, domestic violence, youth empowerment, literacy etc. Our aim is to treat any individual wholististicly.
Sbo's personal interests
My personal interests are community development, travelling, sports, outdoors and there so many just to mention a few. Last 2011 and I was innvolved in COP17, Durban where I met activists from all over the world.
COP17 experience
This is one of main reasons i got more interested in environmental issues. This created a much needed awareness to a lot of pepole to climate change.
