Under the supervision of Dr Kubke, Senior Lecturer from the Department of Anatomy and Radiology, University of Auckland I received training from Feb'10 - Nov'10 in the practices of:
- Avian brain dissection
- Microtome cryostat brain sectioning
- Immunocytochemical labeling
- Section mounting
- CNS anatomy boundary mapping
- General research and laboratory practices
Research Project
I am currently conducting a developmental embryological axonal tract tracing project at the University of Auckland under supervision of Dr Kubke to be completed in Feb'11.
