An effective proficient and reliable IT user support manager in Windows and Linux based operating systems. Credited with the setup support and maintenance of the first MS Terminal Server in the University of Nairobi, Gigabit based Networks, and Linux based systems. He’s a certified e-content developer with InWent and has well rounded skill and knowledge in the setup of electronic training materials.
