Human murder has become a norm in Namibia. The Namibian society have lost respect for human life. Men and women, young and old, rich and poor are all resorting to killing one another because of one reason or the other. What is heartbreaking is that when your loved one is killed, you not have to deal with the fact that they are gone and never coming back, you have to deal with facing their killer in court. In court, the criminal murder case by the state against the accused (well, of course the late is not there to defend themselves, so the decision is at the mercy of the state) gets postponed time and again, simply because the docket is not available in court. There is no valid reason given or no reason at all given as to why the docket cannot be presented in court. The investigating officer simply is not present in court to give reasons.
