PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY


I have qualified UGC-NET examination and more than 5 Years of experience in Information centers, Resources Centers, user oriented services and IT industry both in the technical and management environment at national level. My responsibilities are to manage resource centers, Digital resources creation and management, Coordinate staffs, Classification (DDC 21st edition, Classification System), Cataloguing (AACR-II), Institutional Repository creation using D-Space (A Digital Library S/W) etc. Being an IT Professional I have varied knowledge and experience in Microsoft's .NET environment and in the component-based development-using object oriented paradigm and technology. I am also responsible for decision making and its implementation at the middle level management and provide IT related solution to the management and help them to achieve the desired objectives. I am also responsible for overlooking the technical training programs at various levels.
