- Late, July 2006 we discovered a BOT entry advertising Valium on the Wikieductor:scratchpatch. Last Rollback on 22 August 2006. From 22 August 2006 we installed a Captcha Feature and required account registration for editing.
- 2 March 2007, front page defacement by "TehLiqE" (Google search for TehLiqE)
- Adult content links inserted on 21 April 2007 - user and IP address blocked on 21 April 2007.
- Creation of content pages against the core values of the Community. (See for example: User:Qedoc)
Innocent mistakes
