ELaine Madden I am a midwife in Northern Ireland i am currently working in a newly build maternity unit we were lucky to be involved in the planning so we have 7 rooms in our midwifery led ward each with a labour/birth pool.

i am completing my PhD in multi-professional collaboration

i have 3 children , 1 grandson and a long suffering husband

My interests

i am interested as above in working and training collaboratively. Establishing the midwife led unit and increasing our normal birth rates
