Hi I am Jan Hunter, from Kangaroo Island off the coast of South Australia. The isnald is really beautiful with a small population of people but a huge population of wild life. We have many kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, echidnas and other wild life. Our animals have a great existence as we do not have foxes or rabbits here. Plenty of feed and no predators.
I am the Managing Director of a training company based in Adelaide. We specialise in delivering training in leadership and management, training trainers, hospitality, retail, kitchen operations, warehousing, rural operations, agriculture and cleaning. I try to spend most of my time on the Island but fly back to the mainland once a week to meet with staff and customers.
