Career Highlights
- Developed and expanded a fledgling Music Department (Flinders College), from an involvement of 20 in 2000 to an involvement of 500+ across 3 campi today;
- Mentored many music student teachers from Victorian Universities;
- Managed and expanded a large Instrumental Music Teaching and Secretarial staff (40 in 2010 at FCCC);
- Ran a cross-campus vibrant music programme;
- Developed Music Curriculum from Grade 5 - VCE;
- Provided opportunities for student performances across a variety of instruments, genres and skill levels;
- Provided opportunities for students to achieve highest levels of excellence for their chosen career pathway;
- Composed and Arranged scores for Performances and events;
