My Introduction
Myself is Geeta Sidharth. I am 40 years old, married and working as an educationalist in higher education in the field of commerece.My Photo Gallary I am also a member of Art of Living family Art of Living.
My Professional Qualification
I completed my undergraduation in commerce in 1988 from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, Delhi, India. My post graduation is from Hindu College , which I Completed in the year 1990 from the same University.
I did my M.Phil. in Accounting in the year 1995. My Ph. D. is in the area of Management, more specifically in the area of Organizational Behaviour, titling "Job Satisfaction: A study of Working Doctors". I did my Ph. D. also from the University of Delhi in 2005 from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School Of Economics, Delhi. I have also cleared the UGC NET examination in commerce twice with JRF.
My Workplace
I am currently working as a Reader in the Department of Commerce, Gargi College, Khel Gaon Marg, New Delhi 110049,India.I am also a visiting faculty to the MHROD, Deptt. of Commerce, University of Delhi.
Gargi CollegeI joined this college in 1997, before which I also worked in Daulat Ram College, Laxmi Bai College and Kamala Nehru College for some time. My college is situating in southern Delhi, nearby Siri Fort Auditorium. It is one amongst the very fast growing colleges in Delhi that has earned its reputation for providing quality education and overall development to girls. It also has provided ample opportunities to its faculty to grow as educators. In fact, I have joined WikiEducator in a faculty development programme organized in our college premise.

My Professional interests
I like to be upgraded continuously, whether its my subjects of interests,subjects I teach or the skills to enhance the learning and teaching skills. Computers, teaching skills, presentations, organisation of activities, interpersonal skills all interest me apart from my areas particularly, financial accounting, management and organization behaviour, economics and others.
My Hobbies
- I like to read.
- I enjoy music, listening and singing both.
- I also enjoy watching good movies and humorous programmes.
- I love cooking and trying new recepies. its also a stressbuster for me.
- I enjoy speding time for myself, particularly for my spiritual self,that includes reading and attending spiritual courses,community service.
- I also love painting, though it has been a long time doing that.
Human Resource Accounting
Human resource accounting is coparatively a new field of study in the area of accounting as it has been only since 1960s that the area has been developed by a combined effort of accountants, behavioural scientists and managers and economists. It is dealing with the process of identifying, measuring and communicating the cost and value of human resources to the users of the information.
