Testing, testing 123   to underline use <u> at start and </u> and end

Italics to italicise use before the word and after

Bold to bold use before the word and after

Heading 1 to do heading 1 use = before and after

Heading 2 to do heading 2 use == before and after

Heading 3 and so on...

Heading 4

note that using headings automatically puts a contents list at the top of the section, with internal links imbeded so you can navigate to any section you wish.
