DigitalDenny is an Instructional Technologist at Lackland ISD in San Antonio, Texas. Working with sixth through twelfth grade students and teachers, I facilitate the use of technology in the classroom. Current projects include 1 to 1 computing with laptops for 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades; 1 to 1 computing for 6-8th grades with in class use of ThinkPads; use of the TI-Navigator wireless calculator system in all high school math classrooms; and implementation of 6-12th grade monitored email accounts

Digitaldenny attended the University of Texas at Austin and earned her bachelor's degree in Education and History at Wayland Baptist University. She is certified to teach grades 1-12 and spent most of her 9 years in the classroom in grades 6-8. She is a certified District Technology Specialist.
