About Me

Diane King Senior Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer

Diane is a dynamic, bilingual consultant, facilitator, trainer and skills coach who has been inspiring teams and fostering growth for over 20 years. She has a well-earned reputation for working with client teams in a practical and collaborative manner that helps them evolve and grow. Diane has worked with many public and private sector organizations asking the tough and necessary questions that others might not ask. She ensures that people can discuss what they need to discuss in a respectful environment.

She works closely with her clients to identify areas in a system that may be affecting or may be affected by the challenges being faced. By looking at the situation as a whole and evaluating all the connections, she co-designs the proper interventions with client teams.

As an inspirational trainer, Diane focuses on the learner, ensuring they get the appropriate knowledge and skills that they need. The consistent excellent evaluations and feedback that Diane receives from her clients, reflect the practical insights and strategies that they obtain from working with her. Diane always creates a fun, safe and positive space for learning and interaction.

In addition to being a Certified Professional Facilitator, with the International Association of Facilitators, Diane has a Masters in Human Systems Intervention (organization development) from Concordia University and a BA (Social Communications) from the University of Ottawa. She has studied marketing and is an NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner. Diane also has her Advanced Mediation certificate from the University of Windsor.
