Introduction

My reaserch question is "How the dance influence our health"? I chose this reaserch question because the thing that I love the most is to dance, and haelth is the most important thing for any person. The steps for my work were first off all to tell about dance from what I know from my self and my experience whith dance. For secend step I chose to tell what is dance at all, tell a little bit abouut history of dance and also to tell about many kinds of sports that based from dance.

I chose to start the process with myself, which means to see if it is really true that when I go to my dance studio my health it's better than when I do not do any kind of sport at all. I checked this and I saw that it really helps to feel better when you dance, in a healthy way and also in the way that it gives me a good feeling, but also I saw in the past that in periods of appearances and too many revisions, I got problems with my breathing, so I understood that it's good to dance, but when it causes you problems, you should know the limit and not exaggerate. Dance causes the metabolism to go faster and our bodies to move much better.

Health is also related to our souls. I chose to check how dance can influence people spiritual situation, and I saw that it depends on whether the person likes to dance or not. For example I saw that person who hates dancing feel horrible when he danced, but if the person liked it and as a hobby, it made him feel good and his inner self improved with dancing. It was the same with me. When, for example, I argued with someone and I wanted to relax, dance helped me to feel much better.

Dance is an art form that generally refers to movement of the body, usually rhythmic and to music, used as a form of expression, social interaction or presented in a spiritual or performance setting. Dancing is a great way for people of all ages to get and stay in shape. Besides being fun, dancing has many positive health benefits. There are 4 health benefits of dance: Flexibility: Dance requires a great amount of flexibility, because you do many stretching exercises.

Strength:Dancing builds strength by forcing the muscles to resist against a dancer's own body weight, its makes you be stronger.

Endurance: Dance is physical exercise. Exercise increases endurance. Endurance is the ability of muscles to work hard for increasingly longer periods of time without fatigue.

Sense of Well-Being:Dancing is a social activity. Studies have shown that strong social ties and socializing with friends contribute to high self-esteem and a positive outlook.

In sports gymnastics, figure skating and synchronized swimming are dance disciplines while martial arts kata are often compared to dances. Definitions of what constitutes dance depend on social, cultural ,aesthetic ,artistic and moral constraints and range from functional movement to virtuoso techniques such as ballet. Dance can be participatory, social or performed for an audience. It can also be ceremonial, competitive or erotic. Dance movements may be without significance in themselves, such as in ballet or European folk dance, or have a gestural vocabulary system as in many Asian dances. Dance can embody or express ideas, emotions or tell a story. Every dance, no matter what style, has something in common. It not only involves flexibility and body movement, but also physics.

Origins and history of dance

The history of dance has no clear beginning point. Dance does not leave behind clearly identifiable physical artifacts such as stone tools, hunting implements or cave paintings. It is not possible to say when dance became part of human culture. Dance has certainly been an important part of ceremony, rituals, celebrations and entertainment since before the birth of the earliest human civilizations.

One of the earliest structured uses of dances may have been in the performance and in the telling of myths. It was also sometimes used to show feelings for one of the opposite gender. It is also linked to the origin of "love making." Before the production of written languages, dance was one of the methods of passing these stories down from generation to generation.

Summary

In conclusion I can say that there is connection between dance and health, also dance help for people Flexibility,Strength,Endurance and Sense of Well-Being. as well as I learned about many different kinds of dance and many sports that based by dance. furthermore I learned a little bit about history dance.

Summary of my work on the topic: I happy that I chose this topic because dance is something that I like very much. It was interesting to me to learn new things about dance and to see people opinions different from mine.

Reflections

The process of working on the project was interesting because my research question is about something that I love the most, and because of that it was fun for me to do this project. In addition, there were things that I didn't like so much because they were diffucult for me. For example, it was difficult for me to do the survey and I think that it was unnecessary to ask many people's opinions for a project that is related to me and my opinion.
