Dear All, Greetings! I am working as Assistant Professor in Department of Commerce and presently I am Deputy Director of School of Commerce and Management at Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota. I joinned the University on 3 August 2009 and since joining I am serving as Convener of Department of Commerce and Member of Academic Council. My main fields of specialization are Finance and Entrepreneurship.I am working on various perspectives and dimensions of Management of Distance Education Institutes. As editor I have three books in my account and also contributed in eleven edited books. I have published six academic articles/ papers in various research journals and has presented conceptual/ research papers at numerous national/ international conferences and as coordinator I have also organized workshops/training programmes at University level. I am an Advisory Editor of “SELP Journal of Social Science” Tamilnadu, and life member of Indian Commerce Association and Indian Accounting Association. In administrative capacity presently I am also serving the University as Deputy Director of Regional Services Division.
