Uploading PPTs

Hello wikineighbours, Pls. let me know if there is a way to upload ptt, pps files directly? Is converting them to .pdf/ flash files/other formats the only option?

Also i would like to know as which is the best method of presenting a learning content like tutorial in wikieducator ( by creating subpages or uplaoding pdf,doc files??!!!)
