Openness

Quality of open educational resources as defined within the WikiEducator framework was the topic of a stimulating debate on the second day of this workshop; and brought out several issues for and against - typically there were a few individuals who saw authoritarianism as a fine excuse to avoid work, arguing that without appropriate permissions their contributions would be stifled by the system!
