Introducing Rajesh Ranjit

I'm Major Rajesh Ranjit, Principal of Pushp Niketan School,Uttar Pradesh, India. I've already given my introduction through the google group, but not through this discussion forum. I served the Indian Army for sometime and am a trained Montessori educator. My Masters education has been in Peace Making & Gandhian thought, Education Management and Applied Psychology. I run a School which is child centered and inquiry based. It is progressive in the sense that we're progressing each day with experimentation, innovations and discussions revolving around good education. We also nurture the Multiple intelligences of the students.
