Just filled out yur monkey. Could yo point me at your Newuser log. Just trying to get orientated.
Just considering one thing. When I click on the Wikineighbours page. Would you like to consider putting a link from the Mailing list link (on the left hand index) to a new Google group called something like http://groups.google.com/group/WikiNeighbours
You'll appreciate that on the English Wikipedia they have a welcoming committee. But not everyone likes using a wiki to communicate, So it might be nice for WE and WP (and a few other English speaking) welcoming committees to share a group.
