Have you got the latest drafts inorder to check the respective phases? Calvin I just saw an e-mail from you on the Phase 2 drafts. Any summarised thoughts before we look at your detailed comments
Yes. I felt the brief was not really followed in Phase 2. The assessment of the strategic position doesnt really come out
Earlier you mentioned that they could have gone too much into the insides. I hope you highlighted your specific areas of concern so we can table it for a discussion...perhaps we can skype with them once they've seen your comments.

To me a large section of the Phase is dissecting the project, its insides basically, and discussing the pros and cons of the environment, The brief was to assess the strategic position of the project.
Phase 3: Calvin, I’ve been going through your section now. Almost finished. Just noticed that in some sections there are some one liners which need more flesh. I’ll highlight them to you with suggested ideas. Remember Phase 3 is the meat of the assignment so there can be no wishy washy stuff on it.
